How can I get traffic analysis report (Graphic) for our routers WAN interfaces utilization from CiscoWorks LMS 3.1?

Yes, this is possible using the Health and Utilization Monitor add-on application. LMS 3.1 comes with a 90-day evaluation copy of HUM 1.1. The HUM reports offer graphs on interface usage, plus you can use the HistoGraphIt portlet from the HUM Portal view to get a graph of a specific interface's utilization over a period of time.

If you're looking for more than bits in/out stats out of the WAN interfaces, such as a break-down of WAN traffic per interface by hosts or protocols, you'll need to look into using NetFlow or a SPAN-based network probe.
