Hello Alsayed,
this is a world wide forum so some terms and acronyms are not known everywhere.
What do you mean with H.O?
It is for sure possible to terminate a leased line over a C3945 when it is equipped with the right modules.
in order to terminate multiple sites over a single leased line that is by nature point to point you need:
of you use frame-relay
or you have an MPLS L3 VPN and the link is your access link.
To be noted that 256 Kbps may be not enough also if the link is used for backup reasons
Hope to help

H.O. = Head office.
You cannot do much with 256 Kbps ttday.
For that kind of legacy circuits, use a a 1841 not a 3945.

No need for white papers for such a simple design.
Just engange a reputable consultant, or certified cisco partner, and you will have no problems.
