H.323 gateway FXO incoming calls not working.

Hi,

I have a CUCM 6 and a 2621XM with NM-2V and VIC-2FXO. The router is configured as a H.323 gateway as shown below. Outgoing calls from 8001 are working fine. However, incoming calls (which should all be forwarded to 8001) are not working. It keeps on ringing from the calling phone, but the actual 8001 is not ringing at all. In CUCM config, the router is defined and associated with a CSS able to reach 8001. Also attached is some debug result.

Any idea?

Thanks,

Andrew

Hi,

From the debug, I can see the H.225 communications between the CUCM and the gateway. The call was released with disconnect cause 1.

"H323/release_ind: Disconnect cause 1 location code 0"

According to cisco documentation, it means "Unallocated (unassigned) number. This cause indicates that the destination requested by the calling user cannot be reached because the number is unassigned. This number is not in the routing table, or it has no path across the ISDN network".

Extension 8001 is definitely working, I can call it from 8002 internally.

Any idea?

Thanks,

Andrew
