Hello
I have recently deployed a CME/CUE solution for a Mental Heath Center. The now require a tdd/tty device. My reserch so far has taken me to this document: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_4t/12_4t11/txtrly.html#wp1026211. The setup is as follows Cisco 2851 (revision 53.51) running c2800nm-ipvoicek9-mz.124-24.T1.bin. I have an ATA hooked up for paging and I am hoping to use the other port for this tdd/tty device. I would like to know if this is going to work with the equipment I have? Any pointers would be great.
Thanks
Rad

Recommend use a VG202 for that.
ATA is not IOS, and is obsolte in a lot of applications.

So what I have will not work?

The link you psoted, includes the supported platform for the features.
However I do not think you need text relay, so check again what they really need to do.

What they would like to do is use a device like this http://www.dealsourcedirect.com/clarity-iiip.html?source=googleps , And make it work with CME using an ATA.

That should work. But best is FXS port in the router. No fax/modem/tty issue whatever, never.
