Hi all,
I have the snmp-server system-shutdown command applied to a couple of 3560's in my environment.
The IOS code running on the devices are 12.2(53)
I had a Ciscoworks job to reload the devices, the job stated that it went successfully but did not reload.
Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Maybe nothing. There may be a device bug. I do not have a switch running that code (it's the very latest). However, if you do a manual SNMP Set of tsMsgSend.0 to the integer value of 2, the switch should reload. For example:
snmpset -c private -v 2c 10.1.1.1 tsMsgSend.0 i 2
I confirmed it does work on 12.2(52)SE.
That, of course, assumes you were using TFTP as your transport mechanism. If you use telnet or SSH, RME should attempt to reload interactively.

Where does this info gets applied to?
The devices or on the LMS server?
snmpset -c private -v 2c 10.1.1.1 tsMsgSend.0 i 2

This command line assumes you have net-snmp installed. You can use any SNMP Set tool (even the one in Device Center) to do the set.
