This phones was working fine until the past friday, it does not display nothin, but it has an IP addres, even works with the call center, somebody could help me?
Are you connected to a UC500 or a CME ISR or full blown CM?

Also please provide some detail about whats not working?
Is it just the display? Can it make calls? Can it receive calls?
