Hello Netpro

I got “CME 7.1(0) Updated GUI files for IOS 12.4(24)T releases” but cannot access GUI interface, no error

page is loading??? for last 10mins, try again same issue. I test on IE 6 / 7 / 8

Webpage error details, on status bar i get Cisco unified Communication Manager Express but page remains blank

On clicking the ! mark I get this error msg.

You are not missing anything.

Try cleaning and reinstalling, otherwise switch to YB5 and related fies, I have it working in many sites.

I am downloading c2801-ipvoicek9-mz.124-22.YB5.bin but which GUI version for CME do you advice and working with you.

Not that.

For YB5, the one that comes in the big tarfile for YB.

Hi

big TarFile is 70MB and another is 86MB

If you say anyone of these then i would have problem with flash size ( its kinda 64MB only )

If its not this then can you put the exact name or screenshot.

Extract the GUI files first.

Cannot extract the file on Router, but will extract on a Linux Machine.

What next.

Winrar and many other SW handle .tar on PCs.

Then copy to router and test. Must be used with IOS YB5.
