We are needing to change our UnityAdmin password for corporate policy, are there any caveats when doing this? This is tied to Exchange.

Be sure that you change the password for any services associated with this account. The following link is somewhat out of date, but the concepts still apply.

Hope this helps.

If you are using UnityAdmin as recommended, which is for access to Web SA only, and the other service accounts (UnityInstall, UnityDirSvc, UnityMsgStoreSvc) are the service-related user ID's then there is no harm with resetting the UnityAdmin password. If you reset any of the other passwords, you will need to reset the password for all services associated with each service account.

The other key step is to reboot the servers as restarting the services they didnt't all want to start back up.
