We just upgraded to MP7 server over the weekend and most things are fine except for calls coming from remote clusters over ICT and Wan Link back to cluster in Ohio.
My call flow is as follows: Inbound calls from other clusters over ICT’s (wan links) to Ohio Cluster where the calls (Typically g729) hit a dspfarm in Ohio and are transcoded to g711 and then go to MP7 server. MP7 is g711 only. The ICT’s are not mtp required, neither is the sip trunk to the MP7 server from CUCM 6.1.2 all three clusters are 6.1.2
One last bit of info, the issue is intermittent one way audio, people in MP7 can hear the caller from remote cluster but caller from remote cluster cannot hear people in MP7 conf. The call starts out one way briefly, then after a few seconds there is good 2 way audio, but then after a few more seconds, it is back to one way audio. Other calls over the ICT that are direct to an extension never have any issues, only with MP7 are there issues.
