Supervisor can not see Agents logged into there Queue.

I recently gave access to a user to be the primary supervisor of her queue. When she logs into supervisor from her desk she can see that there are agents logged in but can't see who they are.  I log in as her from my desk and can see everything.  Anyone seen this before?

I have this problem too.

I've seen this caused by client firewalls or other security software (and firewalls/ACLs on the LAN).

Some connections are unsolicited ones from the CAD server to the clients, so get blocked often..
