Web dialer with Extension Mobility

Hello, I have configured all users with Extension mobilitty each one have a device profile, when i try to use web dialer it show me an error " Failed to open device / line, and when i associate a device (ephone) to the user the web dialer works very well.

is it extension mobility using only device profile supported for web dialer?

WebDialer Interactions with EM

WebDialer users can log in to their phones using EM. EM users wishing to use WebDialer simply need to select the Use Extension Mobility setting under the Cisco WebDialer Preferences page.

Check the EM seeting for WebDialer and see if that helps.
