Ops Business Console

I have a problem with a Ops Business Console installation.


CCM vers 7.0

The application has been installed for over a year with no problems.

Now there are several issues starting to appear.

1. The application appears to be running slow. ( When the operator tries to tranfer the call it can take up to a minute for the call to transfer). A server reboot appears to help.

2. If I try and do a Directory Synchronization I get the following error.( Server Error Error Data: Failure 15)

3. When the operator tries to add an external number she also gets an error.

I can make changes to the configuration and they are saved..

Any help will be appreciated.
