qsig caller id name

customer with CM and pri gateway qsig connection to Avaya.

Call comes in via PRI caller id  name is present via extension. Call is forwarded over qsig to Avaya and name becomes external.

If call is originated from an ip phone to an Avaya phone over the qsig, callerid name is present.  Can this behavior be changed to send the name over the qsig link

I have this problem too.
