SNR extends to mobile when IP phone is busy?

All,

I have a scenario to which I don't have a suitable solution at the moment.

We are using SNR (single number reach), but when I'm busy with my IP phone, and a second call comes in, it will extend to my mobile phone.

Since I can't talk both into my IP phone and my mobile phone, this is unwanted behaviour.

Is there any way to solve this, so it will check the IP phone status, and if busy, it won't extend the call to my mobile phone?

Regards, Jan

Hi,

You can use call forward busy and no answer to voice mail or any other extension to prevent forwarding to your remote profile

Let the no answer timer smaller than the timout for the SNR

wish this be helpful

Thanks

Jan,

You can always change your busy trigger to 1 on the desired line and this would also stop the unwanted behavior.

Hope that helps,

Jay
