How to downgrade CUE 7.1 to CUE 7.0

Unanswered Question

Hello specialists, a customer made an upgrade from CUE 3.1 to 7.1 but for CUE 7.1 they do not have PAK license to enable the voice mail, so need to downgrade the CUE to 7.0 in order to load the license from software download at cisco web using a CCO.

DOES ANY ONE KWON WHAT THE PROCEDURE IS?

Hi,

You will need to erase the existing software by resetting the cue to factory defaults then download the cue 7.0 software using FTP and you will get then the CLI wizard to configure the CUE setting from scratch

So it'll be as a clean install
