Remote branch requirements for H-REAP deployment

I want to develop a telework solution in my company using the function H-REAP of the centralized system.

My intention is to develop it with "zero configuration" in the employee's home and may serve any access for any service provider.

What configuration requirements are necessary in the router's employee?

Would serve any router that gives an IP address and gateway to the LAP?

Are they the same requirements if I use a WLC 4400 WLC or if I use an 5500 in the headquarters?

That does not sound like H-REAP. That sounds more like OfficeExtend.

I know that extend officce best fits what I´m looking for, but I want to know if I can use H_REAP, because I have WLC 4400, and office extend only is available with WLC 5000.

What requirements are needed then in the remote site router for a deployment "plug & play" with H-REAP.

If i decide to change to WLC 5000 and use office extend, it would be valid any router and internet access at the remote site? Someone has tested?

H-REAP will not work in your situation because you can't control the remote end router. If you look at the H-REAP deployment guide there is a section regarding H-REAP behind a Nat'd device, but again... that will not work in your environment. Like Leo mentioned, Office Extend is your only choice.... VPN is your cheaper way for emplyees connectivity back to HQ in my opinion.
