Errors on 2600 Console Server

I have a Cisco 2600 setup for console access into a variety of boxes.  I am reporting the following errors in syslog:

   3/10/2010 3:38:00 PM rtr-dttw-ts-vlan10 Critical 60477: -Traceback= 802AEB6C 802B0864 805FE76C 80603114 80602E24 80602D4C 805F68C4 805FF8F0 805FF83C 80613710 8036F8F4 802CE450
   3/10/2010 3:38:00 PM rtr-dttw-ts-vlan10 Critical 60476: -Process= "IP SNMP", ipl= 0, pid= 73
3/10/2010 3:38:00 PM rtr-dttw-ts-vlan10 Critical 60475: Memory allocation of 48 bytes failed from 0x805FE768, pool Processor, alignment 0

Any thoughts as to what may be causing this?  I might just replace the unit, but I thought I would check here first.

Thank you,

T.J.

I have this problem too.
