I am about to deploy a split-mac WLAN with a 1252 autonomous AP that will be converted to LAP. The WLC that I intend to use is the 2125 WLC, can anyone let me know if this wireless controller (2125) support LAP that have been converted from standalone AP. The reason for asking is that I came across a document that says only the 4400 or 2000 series controllers support converted APs and will like to confirm this with anyone with practical experience.

Thanks.

The WLC will support any Cisco LWAP APs running the LWAP IOS.  SO if you have an autonomous AP and successfully converted to LWAP, then the WLC will control it.
