Yes. Two caveats I'd point out - both of which bare consideration:
1) When you install DMA, you have to reboot the Publisher.
2) When you run DMA, the CPU on the Publisher can be taxed. As in, the process runs at high priority and can be service impacting. I have seen it drop/restart services while running.
So, best practice is to run it during a planned change/outage window...just in case. You should likely do the same.
