can't connect to web switch 2048

i would be very happy if you could help me rectify this problem.

my problem is when connect if goes on and off and sometimes am not able to connect even....i only see the login and password fields and when i log in i only see

the lego of cisco /linksys and i don't see the rest of the menus.i instaled the last java vesion and this problem i encounted it on different pcs.....

Which Browser do you use for trying to access the web gui?

Is this Firefox or Internet Explorer?

Normally you should use the Internet Explorer 6/7/8 on this switch.

When you are using IE8 you could try the following steps, provided in the link to try to fix it:
