LMS2.6 - CSS 3.0.6 - backup data

Hello,

I have a Windows LMS2.6 Mgmt station with CSS 3.0.6 and RME 4.0.5

I wanted to upgrade to RME 4.0.6.and prior to this, I wanted to backup my data.

Nevertheless, I was unable to do this backup.

Either with the GUI through Server>Admin>BAckup, then doing an "immediate backup"

or with the CLI with the command = c:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\bin\perl c:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\bin\backup.pl d:\backup 1

the result is the same : the backup utility creates the "lock" file in the backup directory, but then doesn't create any

backup data file. And it runs endlessly, showing no result.

can someone help ?

Post the dbbackup.log file.

Joe,

I didn't wait for long enough.

The 1st backuped files from CM appeared only after 1h10mn.

and evenmore for the files of the other products (RME, DFM...).

What was confusing me, was that nothing appeared either in th dbbackup.log

or in the backup directory before more than one hour.
