Calledid on direct transfer

Hi everyone,


We use a CUCM 7.1.3 with CUBAC as call dispatcher. The calls will be accept and routed with an CTI route point.
If the operator wants to transfer the call (cosultand or blind), always the DN of the CTI Route point will be shown

on the called number.

But we want to see the origin calling id (for example the external number) !

Can anyone tell me, how can I fix this problem ?

Forwarded Call Information Display
Caller NameCaller Number
