CISCO Anyconnect SSLVPN client accessing Windows file shares

Hi all,

I'm evaluating the Anyconnect client to replace our IPSec Client in the near future.  When I use the Anyconnect client I can connect to email, but I cannot get to file share resources.  If I IPSec to the same profile, everything works.  Am I missing some sort of configuration to allow the file share access to work?

As a first step, you will want to make sure that you have correctly configured WINS and DNS servers for the AnyConnect tunnel group.

From dos prompt when connected can you see if you can telnet to the servers local ip address on tcp port 445 (used for windows file sharing)

A quick tip is to check your local antivirus or software firewall on the PC you are trying to connect to.

Disable if for testing.
