We have a Paris office and we set up a bi lingual greeting using a call handler. When we test this internally when the prompt
comes up to press 1 for French or 2 for English it works fine. When you attempt the same thing via cell phone
it is spotty at best, you hit 2 for English and after a pause, French Cisco Sally
says something like entry not valid. This happens about 90% of the tiome but works fine 100% of the time internally.
Not sure what could be causing this?
