Hi! I have a customer who has Presence 6.0, CUPC 7.0, integrated to Domino server. The have had this issue since install last year, just did not pursue it until now - when they restart the CUPC client software, it takes a full 10-15 mn for them to be able to search the directory. After that, it is 5 seconds, and will be fine until they restart the client again. This happens on all clients, across 17 locations. I know that the directory search is occuring on the Domino server, but it seems like maybe something could be going wrong in the first initialization conversation with the Presence server? I will grab a pkt cap from client and open a TAC case, but was hoping someone might have some ideas to check out first.
