Is there a way ( I can't find one) for a user to retrieve a deleted voicemail message from Unity Express?
If so, what tiemframe does a user have to do that? or an administrator?
Thank you,
Stacy

Hi Stacy,
As far as I know, and since CUE 2.3, you can only undelete a message during the same CUE voice session (TUI) or VoiceView Express session (VVE) that you used to delete it. Once you hang up, or log out of VVE, the message will be gone forever. On the CUE Feature Roadmap I don't think any indication that this ever changed:

Thanks,
Marcos
