Customer got CUCM 7.1 plus Cisco Unity Express 7.0.5 (NME-module).
The customer doesn't want afterhours script, but wants something like this.
After officehours, one of the guys - who got the evening shift - wants to call a number which will trigger a CUE script. The script will have two choices i.e. Press 1 to redirect the phone or Press 2 to cancel the redirect (call forward). If they press 1, it should ask to enter the telephone number and take it as a variable and forward all the calls to this number. If the customer press 2, the call forward will be undone.
Is this possible to achive with CUE script? I hope someone can help me with this.
