Repost due to fact I labeled the issue incorrectly
Could someone please give guidance on this scenario.
Originator calling from 208-422-xxxx to a UC560 at 720-283-xx23.
xx23 is a phone-dn at xx23
The line xx23 is CFA to 9-1-303-307-xxxx
Which is across the PSTN via ISDN PRI.
When the call shows up at 303-307-xxxx it is showing Caller ID of 720-283-xx23.
The customer wants to see the orginators Caller ID of 208-422-xxxx. I know this can be done on
Call Managers. I just do not know how to do it on UC520 products. Does this have to be done with
Dial peers and Translation rules? any guidance would be appreciated.
thanks

This is the default behavior. Some translation rule is probably kicking in and replacing the calling number. Can we see your configuration? Remember to remove all the sensitive information in it...

Hmm. I don't see anything wrong in the config. The right translation profile is being applied to your PRI POTS dial peers, and that only manipulates the called number (to remove the leading "9"). That means that we are not touching (from a xlation rule point of view) the numbers at all. Can you provide a "debug isdn q931" for the entire call flow?
Thanks,
Marcos
