We have a customer who is interested to migrate their solutions of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity and their Cisco Unified Contact Center Express to licensing CUWL, where one objective is to have in a near future to implement the Cisco Mobility Solution.

Checking the Ordering Guide indicates the part number to order with an option for CUCM and Cisco Unity but indicates that for Contact Center Express does not apply these part numbers. The Ordering Guide indicates :

If you already own Cisco Unified Communications Manager and either a Cisco Unity or Cisco Unity Connection application, select part number UWLUPG-CM+UTY-PRO or UWL-UPG-CM+UTY-STD.”,

“If you already own Cisco Unified Communications Manager and one or more additional Cisco Unified Communications applications as defined as follows, select part number UWL-UPG-CMAPPS-PRO or UWL-UPG-CMAPPS-STD:

Qualifying “additional Cisco Unified Communications applications” include Cisco Unified MeetingPlace conferencing, Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express, Cisco Unified

Mobility, Cisco Unified Presence, Cisco Unified Personal Communicator, Cisco IP Communicator, and Cisco Unified Mobile Communicator. Other applications, including Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and Cisco Unity and Cisco Unity Connection applications, are not eligible for purchase with these part numbers.”

In this case what parts numbers I should consider to migrate all the solutions already mentioned to Cisco Unified Workspace Licensing?

Thank you.

I have this problem too.
