cannot access the Cisco Unity System Administration.

Unity Errors

Hi All,

Please help how to add access to unity system adminstration

I've already add the AD account to local administrators group and subscriber with default adminstrative template

but when i use GrantUnityAccess there a error

You cannot access the Cisco  Unity System Administration.

Hi,


It probably doesn't like the space in the display name you're using

(Alis Tommy). Try using your Active Directory alias instead of the

display name:


GrantUnityAccess.exe -u IND\youralias -s EAdmin
