I'm with problems.
I have a scenario on Lab with CUCM 220.127.116.1100-18 and Presence 18.104.22.16800-63
I have a CUPC, the log is fine, presence status too, but the Deskphone and softphone not works fine, it's show me the Not Registered.
The CTI Gateway is ip correct, I change the CTI Timer (from 5 to 300), restart phones, restart CTI Manager, restart the servers but nothing.
Can somebody help me?
