Dear all

I have callmanager 7.0 with cisco ip phones

when some one calls from outside I get the caller id as number

but i do prefer to have caller id as name on my cisco ip phone

any hint please?

Hi

This capability does not exist within CallManager itself... if you run H.323 gateways, see this post for a possible solution (number2name.tcl):
