problem is ACL

We have a router A which is connected to a switch (B). Now there are couple of secondary IP addresses are
configured on the router interface connected to switch B. after that everything is without any vlan configuration. So
systems are configured with specific IP's and then gateway is configured as per subnet from secondary address.
Now we have created a vlan on this switch (B) and two systems on this switch are connected in this vlan. We have implemented
a access list on this vlan so that the systems in this vlan can access a file server which is located outside this vlan.

Now scenario is I am able to access the alloweded system from both the systems and I am able to ping both systems
each other. Also I am able to take the mstsc and netmeeting of both the systems in same vlan. but when I try access to access
systems from each by using \\ipaddress it happens in one direction only and throw an error which says there are no logon
server to accept the logon request.

I have this problem too.
