Redundant Routing Engine 7600, requires 2 x licenses?

Suppose that I use a single-chassis 7600 with 2 routing engines, for redundancy, only one active at a time.

Do I need to buy separate licenses for each? Does it depend on the specific license?

In particular, the license I am considering is that of "INteligent Services Gateway" (ISG).

76-ES+ISG-LIC

ES+ Intelligent Services Gateway SW License, 8K subs, 8 VRF

I am failing to obtain this information from resellers or even Cisco sales office.

The problem is we may be speaking of 200,000$ in one case or 400,000$ in the other

In the end, I will get the answers but it is being soooooo difficult to have Cisco sell me the stuff
