I was wondering if anybody had managed to get the Plantronics Audio 1100M USB handset working properly with IP Communicator? I appreciate that the handset says optimized for MS Office Communicator and on the most part the handset works with IPC, BUT you cannot dial from it as the green connect button causes IPC to freak out, same applies to the Red 'Hang up' button.
Has anyone managed to come across a workaround or perhaps there is a recommended USB handset that is fully compatible with IPC?
Thanks, Nick

Hi Nick,
Here is one good site that shows the Plantronics Headsets that
have been tested with CIPC as part of the "Partner" program;

We had ann issue with plantronics Blackwire 200 and cisco ip communicator (CIPC) and in the link Rob posted we found that in some cases you need to install a plantronics software called Spokes for the Answer/hang up button to work.

Thanks Rob, we won't be able to use the 1100M which is a shame.
However at least we have an idea what is listed as officially compatible.
