CIPC & Hunt-Group membership.

I'm trying to get CIPC to work on my CME.

My two issues, (one minor, one more difficult)

1.  I need for it to be a member of our helpdesk hunt group.  I'm able to get the hlog button to work and it can log in and out of the hunt group.  The only issue I have is that when a call comes to the phone if you don't answer it, it will just ring forever, it doesn't jump to the next tech in the hunt group.

My theory is that it isn't configure as a DUAL-LINE ephone-dn.  But I can't get it added as a dual-line.  Is there any way for a CIPC phone to be a fully functioning member of a hunt group?

2.  The time is wrong on the CIPC, it appears to be set to GMT.  I thought this might be because I didn't have the proper phone loads for a 7970 (CIPC is virtual 7970 from what I've read).   So I added those and it still doesn't seem to make a difference.

Any help would be appreciated.
