IP SLA voip configuration question

HELP!  I'm having difficulty setting up a voip configuration in IP SLA.  The version of IOS is 12.4(20)T1.   Here's an output of the 'show voice port summary' command:

What would I have to put in, in place of ???? below, to make this work?  I've tried every combination I can think of with no luck.

ip sla 1

     voip rtp x.x.x.x source-ip y.y.y.y source-voice-port ???? codec g729a duration 20

     frequency 300

ip sla schedule 1 life forever start-time now

Something like 0/0/0:23 should work.  Why, what error are you getting?

Thanks for the response.  I tried that and the result was "voice port busy".  I'm wondering if I can only source from an FXS port.  I was able to get one of the gateways to work when I sourced from an FXS port (FXO port doesn't work).
