We run Ciscoworks on a Windows server. (1500 licence)

The problem we have is .. when we attempt to schedule a backup,
we are prompted with 'Do you want to schedule a backup'
we select ok
then we get an error message 'Cannot schedule D:/Recover/'
(where D:/Recover is the drive and directory we want to backup to)
We are trying to also have 3 generations
ODDLY, we can run a backup using the immediate option....
Any help appreciated....
