Hi,
My customer use Centralised Call Manager. They want to deploy NICE voice logging and add a NICE server in Centrallised Call Manager Cluster site. However, Do they need any NICE servers or modules added in other remote/branch sites ?

Have you tried contacting NICE, for this kind of pre-sales information ?

I have sent this information to the pre-sales of NICE but they don't know whether the voice gateway need a module. Could anyone know whether the voice gateway need a module ?

If NICE can't tell you what NICE kit you need on a remote site, get a different product.

100% agree, for a client I got a different product and they know what they make. Beside, it's cheaper.
