We are using CUCiMOC 7.1(3a) and MOCS 2007 R2. Some of our users are experiencing the issue that call notifications are received in the Outlook inbox instead of the conversation history. According to the CUCiMOC user manual this should only be the case when Outlook is not started. However, both Outlook and CUCiMOC are running, so it seems that there is a communication issue between the two apps (probably caused by Outlook). Of course we could set up an Outlook rule which puts the messages in the conversation history but that's not really what we want.
As I said, not all of the users are facing this problem, but we can't find the difference between those who receive the notifications in the conversation history and those who get them in the inbox. Everybody is using Outlook 2007 (version 12.0 build 6514).
