All my device steel in learning mode.
This is my version LMS:
LMS 2.5
CiscoWorks Common Services 3.0.3
Campus Manager 4.0.3
CiscoView 6.1.2
Device Fault Manager 2.0.3
Integration Utility 1.6.0
Resource Manager Essentials 4.0.3
I try to change the poling configuration in DFM and I received this message.
Could not retrieve current data since the PTMServer process is down.
Please restart the process and perform this operation again.
But the PTMServer is running

LMS 2.5.1 is very old, and will no longer be supported after June of this year. I strongly suggest you upgrade to LMS 2.6 with DFM 2.0.13 before going further. LMS 2.6 can be downloaded from http://tools.cisco.com/support/downloads/go/Redirect.x?mdfid=268439477 , the Common Services 3.0.6 update (to be applied after 2.6) from http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cd-one-3des , then DFM 2.0.13 can be found via Common Services > Software Center > Software Update.
