Dear all,

2811 Voice router with CME and SIP phone is installed and working.

2 BRI interfaces connects to PSTN (they are no SIP trunk).

When outgoing calls made from SIP Ipphones to an external IVR system, DTMF signals are not sent in order to navigate in voice menu.

The command "dtmf-relay sip-notify" has been applied in "voice register pool" without success.

Please, could you tell me how to configure CME in order to sent outgoing DTMF to PSTN from SIP Phone?

Thanks for your help.

Best regards.

The easier way is to configiure the sip phone to not use relay.

Note sip phones actually never use sip-notify.

In the telephone, configure no DTMF relay.

Same in router.
