The following LRE interfaces are erroring out on this switch. What causes an interface to error out on an LRE interface?

I know how to clear the error reseting the interface, but how can I resolve this issue?

It tells right in your display . The links are flapping excessively so the switch err-disables them . This would have to be fixed to get this to stop.

What can be done to stop link flap on an LRE interface?

Have the cables checked for possible faulty cabling.
