Adjust Wrap-Up Code Timing

We have agents that currently have 20 seconds to enter wrap up data before going into Not-Ready.  I've searched hi and low but can't seem to find where I can adjust this timer.  Any help much appreciated.  Running UCCX 7

I have this problem too.

Sorry, I mean 20 seconds before they go BACK into Ready state...

Wrap time is a property of the Contact Service Queue in UCCX - In AppAdmin go to Subsystems/RmCm, click on Contact Service Queues, click on the queue name, change the wrap time, hit next, then update.
