I have very similar problem - here is the error I'm getting:

On the other hand when I try the https://server_name/EPASSoap/service  I'm getting following answer:

xml version="1.0" ?>

<error>This is a SOAP service. Send a POST request!error>
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi,

I am having the same issue. have you found a solution for it?

Regards,

Omar

For my problem solution was simple. I was trying CUPC 7.1.1 with CUPS 7.0.1 , never thought they could be incompatible

hi,

I have just reviewed the compatibility matrix and I found that there is a compatibility issue.

thank you for your help.

I noticed that the only version that works with Windows 7 is the CUPC 8 which only works with CUPS 8.

So if you have a CUPS 6 or 7 then the Windows 7 users will not be able to use CUPS, and that is not acceptable and I hope Cisco will release a new version compatible with Windows 7 and CUPS 7.

Regards,

Omar
