BAT users with phones

Hi All,

I've added 500 users with their phone mac addresses by BAT. Now when I back to the user page, there is no device associated with users. Now I have to manually add phones to the users. is there any automated process to do this? it's very time consuming to add 500 phones to 500 users.

any suggestion would be very appreciated.

Hi

I would bulk delete the users using a custom file, then reimport them after checking the import file - did you specify the device names correctly?
