CUCM and Avaya

I am integrating a CUCM 7.02 with a S8400 Avay PBX through h.323.

I added a h.323 gateway in CUCM with Avaya IP address and tested the integration.

But I only receive calls from Avaya PBX. I am not able to make calls from CUCM to Avaya.

The codec is setup to G711ulaw. I´ve tried  Fast Start with Media  Termination Point, but it didn´t work.

Does someone already experienced this kind of problem?

I have this problem too.

Have you added a route pattern to point send calls to the H.323 gateway?

Aaron, thanks for the reply.

Related to the route patterns, they are pointing to the gateway.

I solved the problem with CUBE. I´ve used a sip trunk to the cube and a H.323 call leg to avaya (I´ve configured that on CUBE).

After that, calls are working normally.
