I have acquired a brand new AIR-AP12THD-A-K9 Aironet 1200 series access point. I believe this unit is similar to the  AIR-AP1232AG-A-K9 unit. The unit is running IOS Software C1200-K9W7-M Version 12.3(2)XT1, boot loader C1200-BOOT-M Version 12.3(2)JA3, and system Image file c1200-k9w7-mx.123-2.XT1. I want to upgrade to the lastest system IOS software for the 1232 which is Cisco IOS Release 12.3(8)JED, but first save the current version. I am using the archive tar /create command but getting an error. I have a tFTP server running and the copy command is working fine. I am using the Tftp32.exe as my TFTP server.
