Dear Experts,
I have CUCM 6.1 and IP Phones 7940 and 7960 and 7962, I was using NTP Server (which was not working well) so, I decided to remove it and Adjust the time from the CallManager manually, after I did, all phones were showing the correct time and date (exactly sychronized with the call manager date/time that I set manually), but after short time, all phones are showing the call manager time plus 8 hours (for example: If call manager time is 11:00 a.m., phones shows 7:00 p.m.) although the time in the call manager (in Cisco Unified OS Administration - System/Time) is correct
Please Help

When you say your NTP server wasn't working so well...what was the issue there? Were you having sync issues or just thought the time was off from where it should be? If so, how much?

Dear,
I have set the NTP settings and after sometime I discovered that it is not updating the CUCM that is why I removed it
I mean by 8 Hours ahead it is leading the GMT+4 which is the Date/Time Group setting assigned to the device pool of the phones I have

I to have experienced this issue, with a slight difference.
NTP Server is working properly, Call Manager is showing correct time.
Most of our phones are showing the correct time. The phones we recently deployed (within the last month) are showing 6 hours ahead (Phones are showing GMT, not the actual local time, which is CST for me).

Is it possible these phones were added using the "Default" device pool
which has a "Default" Date Time Group of GMT?

No
Even the default pool is adusted to the correct Date and Time
