TIAWAE-01#show acc

Accelerator  Licensed      Config State    Operational State

epm             Yes              Enabled         Running
http              Yes              Enabled         Running
mapi             Yes              Enabled         Running
nfs               Yes               Enabled         Running

video             No                Enabled         Shutdown
wafs-core        Yes             Disabled        Shutdown
wafs-edge       Yes             Disabled        Shutdown

Ties in with what the users are seeing - i.e. slow file share access. So whats the next steps?

The suggested workaround resolved it.
